Gmina CzarnożyÅ‚y is a rural gmina (administrative district) in WieluÅ„ County, Åódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the village of CzarnożyÅ‚y, which lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north of WieluÅ„ and 84 km (52 mi) south-west of the regional capital Åódź.
The gmina covers an area of 69.9 square kilometres (27.0 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 4,591.
