Gmina Dobroń is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Pabianice County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the village of Dobroń, which lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) west of Pabianice and 23 km (14 mi) south-west of the regional capital Łódź.

The gmina covers an area of 94.37 square kilometres (36.4 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 6,886.
