Gmina Wierzchosławice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Tarnów County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Wierzchosławice, which lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) west of Tarnów and 66 km (41 mi) east of the regional capital Kraków.
The gmina covers an area of 74.84 square kilometres (28.9 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 10,628.
