Gmina Złotniki Kujawskie is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Inowrocław County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Złotniki Kujawskie, which lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) north-west of Inowrocław, 26 km (16 mi) south of Bydgoszcz, and 36 km (22 mi) south-west of Toruń.

The gmina covers an area of 135.6 square kilometres (52.4 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 8,947.
