Good Humor-Breyers
Good Humor-Breyers (Ice Cream USA) is a unit of Unilever that includes the formerly independent Good Humor, Breyers, Klondike bar, Popsicle, and Dickie Dee brands. It was based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, now in New Jersey. It was formed by the merger of Good Humor and Breyers (after Breyers sold apart from Kraft) in 1993.[1] Unilever integrated its ice cream division into its main offices in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey in 2007.[2]
The Good Humor brand used to be well known for its ice cream trucks. It is now a part of Unilever's international "Heartbrand."
Dickie Dee was a Canadian ice cream vending company, that sold product from ice cream trucks and tricycle carts. The Dickie Dee brand was discontinued in 2002.
Sealtest milk products are also licensed under Good Humor-Breyers, which are produced by Milkco, Inc. of Asheville, North Carolina.[3] Like Breyers, the company was purchased by Unilever from Kraft in 1993. All Sealtest ice cream products were discontinued.[4]
