The Greek Women's Basketball Cup is the national women's basketball cup competition of Greece. It began with the 1995–96 season, and it is organised by the Hellenic Basketball Federation (EOK). So far, ten clubs have won the cup. All of them are based in Athens, except for Apollon Kalamarias, which is based in Thessaloniki.
History
Sporting won the first cup competition, and Olympiacos won the latest cup competition.[1] The previous season, Elliniko-Sourmena won the cup competition. So far, Esperides Kallitheas has won the most cups.[2]
