Gronów [ˈɡrɔnuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ośno Lubuskie, within Słubice County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Ośno Lubuskie, 24 km (15 mi) north-east of Słubice, and 40 km (25 mi) south-west of Gorzów Wielkopolski.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
The village has a population of 130.
