Gwoźnica Górna [ɡvɔʑˈɲit͡sa ˈɡurna] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Niebylec, within Strzyżów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south-east of Niebylec, 17 km (11 mi) south-east of Strzyżów, and 25 km (16 mi) south of the regional capital Rzeszów.
The village has a population of 1,480.
Polish writer Julian Przyboś was born here.
