7021 series was a diesel motor unit on Croatian Railways (Croatian: hrvatske željeznice, HŽ).

This series was used for high quality service travel. It was arguably one of the most beautiful trains on JŽ/HŽ.

Their main use in Croatia was in Zagreb and Split. Some were even used around Osijek.

Technical details

This is a five-car DMU with two motorcars and three unpowered trailer cars. It uses diesel-electric power system. The possibility to couple and operate two connected DMUs driven from one cab also exists.
