Haicheng (Chinese: 海城; pinyin: Hǎichéng; Jyutping: hoi4sing4; literally: "sea city") is the seat of the city of Beihai, Guangxi, People's Republic of China. It has an area of 140 square kilometres (54 sq mi) and a population of 240,000 as of 2004.
