Halavan-e Bala (Persian: هلوان بالا, also Romanized as Halavān-e Bālā; also known as Halvīān)[1] is a village in Seh Hezar Rural District, Khorramabad District, Tonekabon County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported.[2]
