Harley Poe was a Horror Folk/Punk band from Kokomo, Indiana, United States. It was originally started as an alias for Joe Whiteford in 2004, after his previous band Calibretto split up. The band released their first album, "Wretched. Filthy. Ugly.", together, in 2010 on Chain Smoking Records. The main theme of their music is horror with a majority of their songs dealing with "relationships and life"[1] usually presented as dark comedy.
Harley Poe is on an indefinite hiatus after playing their last show on October 30, 2015.
Joe Whiteford released a final solo album on October 13 before the band's dissolution.[2]
