Harry Brown is a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly.[1] He represents the state's sixth Senate district, which consists of Jones and Onslow counties.
Outside politics Brown is an automobile dealer. He first ran for the North Carolina House as a Democrat in 2002, but was unsuccessful.[2]
Brown defeated Democratic incumbent Cecil Hargett in the 2004 elections.[3] He retained his seat by beating challenger Carolyn Pittman-Dorsey in 2006.[4]
