Hefin O'Hare is a Wales international rugby league footballer playing at Wing, or Centre and a Scottish rugby union player.
In 2005 he switched codes to join Scottish rugby union team Glasgow Warriors. His usual position is centre or wing. O'Hare opted to play for Scotland rugby union Sevens. Under rugby union rules this ties his nationality to Scotland. He is now ineligible for the Wales rugby union national team. [1]
