Helenów [xɛˈlɛnuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rawa Mazowiecka, within Rawa County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.^[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Rawa Mazowiecka and 57 km (35 mi) east of the regional capital Łódź.
