Herbaspirillum aurantiacum is a Gram-negative bacterium of the genus Herbaspirillum, which was found with Herbaspirillum canariense and Herbaspirillum soli on the Canary Islands in Tenerife.[4] H. aurantiacum was isolated from old volcanic mountain soil.[4]
