Hir Rural District (Persian: دهستان هیر, meaning "South Fuladlui") is a rural district (dehestan) in Hir District, Ardabil County, Ardabil Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 8,548, in 1,747 families.[1] The rural district has 17 villages.
