Hisar division

Hisar division of Haryana coincides with the area covered under Lok Sabha constituencies labelled 3 and 4, as well as northern part of constituency labelled 8

Hisar Division is one of the four divisions of Haryana State of India. The division comprises the districts of Bhiwani, Fatehabad, Hisar, Jind and Sirsa.[1][2][3]

It is named after the Hisar (city) which was a fort in the late 10th century. The Gujri Mehel fort can still be visited.
