Holoubkov is a village and municipality (obec) in Rokycany District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.21 square kilometres (1.63 sq mi), and has a population of 1,500 (as at 28 August 2006).
Holoubkov lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) east of Rokycany, 23 km (14 mi) east of Plzeň, and 63 km (39 mi) south-west of Prague.
