Kařízek is a village and municipality (obec) in Rokycany District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 4.45 square kilometres (1.72 sq mi), and has a population of 45 (as at 28 August 2006).
Kařízek lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) north-east of Rokycany, 32 km (20 mi) east of Plzeň, and 54 km (34 mi) south-west of Prague.
