CSL Limited (Chinese: 香港移動通訊有限公司) is Hong Kong's first mobile communications operator established in 1983. It operates a world-class GSM / WCDMA /UMTS 900 network in Hong Kong and launched the world’s first dual band 4G LTE with DC-HSPA+ network with the brands 1O1O, one2free and New World Mobility. CSL is part of HKT Group, Hong Kong's premier telecommunications service provider.

CSL is an abbreviation for Communication Services Limited and their original branding of "Create a Simple Life". The CSL brand, logo and corporate colour were all updated in August 2011 to reflect a new company vision around increased customer centricity.[1]

PCCW Mobile HK Limited (Chinese: 電訊盈科流動通訊有限公司) is a subsidiary of PCCW Limited involving 2G and 3G mobile communications service in Hong Kong. It was formerly Sunday Communications Limited (SEHK: 886). It was acquired by PCCW and renamed PCCW Mobile HK Limited in 2005. PCCW made this acquisition to return to mobile business after it sold CSL to Australia's Telstra Corporation in 2001 and 2002.[2][3]
