The Horizon League Baseball Championship is the conference baseball tournament of the NCAA Division I Horizon League. Through the 2015 season, all Horizon League baseball teams (six in 2015) participated in the modified double-elimination tournament, which was most recently played at Oil City Stadium in Whiting, Indiana in 2015. Although the conference added a seventh baseball program in Northern Kentucky for the 2016 season (2015–16 school year), the 2016 tournament will continue to involve six teams; Northern Kentucky is ineligible because it is in the last year of its four-year transition from NCAA Division II. The 2017 tournament will be the first to involve Northern Kentucky.
The winner of the tournament receives an automatic berth to the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.
