Hyżne [ˈxɨʐnɛ] is a village in Rzeszów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Hyżne. It lies on the Tatyna river, approximately 17 km (11 mi) south-east of the regional capital Rzeszów.[1]
The village has a population of 3,900.
