The 2009 Cup of China was the Cup of China Grand Prix competition of the 2009–2010 figure skating season. It was the third event of six in the 2009–2010 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating, a senior-level international invitational competition series. Skaters earned points towards qualifying for the 2009–2010 Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final. The event was organized by the Chinese Skating Association. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing.

In 2009, the Cup of China was held in Beijing from 29 October through 1 November.

The compulsory dance was the Golden Waltz.
