"I Can't Live Without Music" was the German entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 2002, performed in English by Corinna May.

"i Can't Live without Music" was performed eighteenth on the night, following France's Sandrine François with "Il faut du temps" and preceding Turkey's Buket Bengisu & Group Sapphire with "Leylaklar soldu kalbinde". In spite of being one of the pre-contest favourites, the song received only 17 points, placing it at 21st in a field of 24.

Written and composed by Ralph Siegel and Bernd Meinunger, the song is an up-tempo number, with the singer expressing the joy she gets from hearing music. As Corinna May is blind, the lyrics are particularly important, as she is physically incapable of experiencing anything visually.
Corinna wore an unusual white top for her appearance, and a black leather jacket. Her female backing singers appeared in an unusual assortment of clothing, including one dressed as a cowgirl, with a peach-coloured hat.

This was in fact May's third attempt at entering the Contest, with her entry for the 1999 Contest "Hör den Kindern einfach zu" being disqualified because it had already been released. In the German preselection of 2000, Corinna May ended second with "I Believe in God", which was also written by Ralph Siegel and Bernd Meinunger.

"I Can't Live Without Music" was succeeded as German representative at the 2003 Contest by Lou with "Let's Get Happy".
