"I Stand" is a song performed by Czech singer Gabriela Gunčíková. The song, written by Christian Schneider, Sara Biglert and Aidan O'Connor, will represent Czech Republic in the Eurovision Song Contest 2016. The song was released as a digital download on 12 March 2016 through Webs Music.

Eurovision Song Contest

"I Stand" performed by Gabriela Gunčíková was announced as the Czech entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 on 10 March 2016.^[1] Following the announcement, the official music video for the song was released on 11 March. "I Stand" was selected as the Czech entry through the decision of the Czech national broadcaster Česká televize (ČT) and a five-member expert jury.^[2] Gunčíková will perform the song during the first semi-final of the 2016 contest on 10 May, which will be held at the Ericsson Globe in Stockholm, Sweden.^[3]
