Ikechukwu Ezenwa (born 16 October 1988 in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State) is a Nigerian football goalkeeper who currently plays for Sunshine Stars F.C..

Career

He began his football professional career with Ocean Boys F.C. before moved to Heartland F.C. in July 2008.[1]

International career

He was a member of the Nigeria U-23 at 2008 Summer Olympics who feature in the qualifier games. He got the call up to the Nigeria Super eagles in 2015 under the authority of Coach Sunday Oliseh. He has been the first goalkeeper to the Nigeria Super Eagles Home based who made positive impact in the qualifier games to make the Nigeria Super Eagles team one of the contenders in the CAF Chan 2016 tournament. He has been part of the squad in the World cup and Nations cup qualifications.
