Ina (伊那市 Ina-shi) is a city located in Nagano Prefecture, Japan.

As of April 1, 2006, the city has an estimated population of 71,671 and a population density of 110 persons per km². The total area is 667.81 km².

On March 31, 2006, Ina absorbed the town of Takatō, and the village of Hase (both from Kamiina District) to create the new and expanded city of Ina.
