Infinite Computer Solutions Ltd. is an Indian multinational technology company headquartered in Bangalore, India. It was founded in 1999 by Sanjay Govil. Infinite is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India. Infinite has been ranked among the Top 20 IT Services providers by the Indian IT Industry body NASSCOM.[2]

Overview

Infinite provides technology-based business process solutions, next-gen mobility solutions, and product engineering services for Fortune 1000 companies in the Healthcare, Banking & Finance, Telecommunications & Technology and Media & Publishing industries.[3][4] The solutions are built on proprietary industrial frameworks that significantly reduce work effort and cost while providing faster go-to-market speeds and nimble responses to market dynamics - called Platformization™.[5] Infinite has over 5,000 employees and 8 global delivery centers across India, US, UK, Germany, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.Infinite's business is divided into 3 main units: Technology Solutions, Mobility & Messaging (Infinite Convergence) and Product Engineering Services[6]

Infinite Computer Solutions started off its business in 1999 with a focus on telecom technology and eventually moved on to become the experts in Healthcare IT Solutions - for which the company has won several accolades and awards. CTIA Emerging Technology Award recognised the mobile messaging and Personal Messaging Cloud platforms, and repeated recognition as a “Hot Companies and Technologies” award winner – a peer and customer driven award that recognized Infinite's enterprise messaging system.[7]

In 2007, Infinite acquired US-based telecom firm Comnet International.[8] In 2010, Infinite and Motorola entered a strategic alliance with Motorola where Infinite would take on Motorola's messaging business. This created the wholly owned subsidiary Infinite Convergence Solutions.[9] In October 2015, Dimension Data Asia Pacific - a leading ICT solutions and services provider, and Infinite Convergence Solutions announced their partnership to resell and host NetSfere [10] - a cloud-based enterprise messaging service developed by Infinite Convergence Solutions.[11]

Corporate Social Responsibility

Infinite extends support, conducts and manages activities aimed at social causes through the Infinite Employees' Club called I-Verve. This club coordinates and organizes Infinite's employee contributions to various causes including drought relief and blood donation camps in addition to long term association with select causes. Infinite extends support via sponsorship to the students of Parikrma [12] - a program that involves contributing financially and in kind towards the welfare of under privileged children, helping them meet nutrition, healthcare and education needs. Infinite also sponsors some of the students of Parikrma.[13]

Infinite also encourages the spirit of entrepreneurship in youngsters through various programs including the The Young Entrepreneurs Program with TiE DC chapter, a program that stimulates creativity and entrepreneurial spirit in high school students.[14]

Infinite has also collaborated with Sparsha Trust [15] for sustainable development and empowerment of vulnerable and deprived children. The Infinite Golf Challenge 2014 was organised to raise funds, the proceeds of which went to Sparsha.[16]

Infinite has also sponsored Paralympic swimmer Sharath M Gayakwad - World No.7 ranked swimmer from Bangalore, for the 2014 International German Swimming Championship, a qualifying event for the 2014 Commonwealth Games and Asian Games. The company is also keen on endorsing the swimmer and support him right up to Rio Olympics in 2016.[17]
