The Inverleigh Football Netball Club is an Australian rules football club which has competed in the Geelong DFL since 2002.[1]
They are based in the Victorian town of Inverleigh.
Inverleigh reformed and joined the Geelong DFL in 2002 after being in recess for seven years.
History
- 1919 to 1923 - Leigh District FA - Premiers 1923
- 1926 One year in Polwarth FA - runners up
- 1927 to 1935 - Mathieson's Cup - Premiers 1927
- 1936 Geelong sub-district FA
- 1937 to 1951 - Elliott cup - Premiers 1947, 1949, 1950
- 1952 to 1969 - Geelong DFL - premiers 1961
- 1970 Merged with Stonehaven and formed Leigh Districts.
- 1996 Leigh Districts go into recess.
