Jamiołki-Kowale [jaˈmjɔu̯ki kɔˈvalɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sokoły, within Wysokie Mazowieckie County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-west of Sokoły, 15 km (9 mi) north-east of Wysokie Mazowieckie, and 37 km (23 mi) west of the regional capital Białystok.
The village has a population of 80.
