Jay Glazer (born December 26, 1969) is an American senior writer for FoxSports.com and has been the NFL Insider for NFL on Fox since 2004. He is also a business partner with Randy Couture in MMAthletics based in Las Vegas, Nevada at Xtreme Couture Training Center. Glazer trains NFL players in Mixed Martial Arts at their Los Angeles location during the off-season[1] [2] Glazer hosts UFC shows for FOX Sports, including weigh-ins and pre/post coverage.

Glazer began his writing career as a reporter at the New York Post in New York City. He worked his way up within the Post organization by developing access to players and agents. He also wrote articles for the Giants Newsweekly produced by longtime New York Giants correspondent Dave Klein. Among his first sources were NFL agent Jimmy Sexton's New York representative, Peter Flach. Through Flach he became friendly with New York Giants cornerback Jason Sehorn and New York Jets cornerback Aaron Glenn. Through Sehorn he became close with current Hall of Fame Fox analyst and former Giant, Michael Strahan. Through Strahan he became close with Fox Sports anchor Curt Menefee. UFC President Dana White has stated in multiple interviews that Glazer is one of the nicest people he's ever met and he considers him a personal friend. [3] Glazer has appeared in several Subway commercials with NASCAR driver Carl Edwards.
