Jayden Laverde (born 12 April 1996) is a professional Australian rules footballer, currently playing for the Essendon Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL).

Laverde played for the Western Jets in the TAC Cup[1] and junior football for Keilor.[2] He was named All-Australian in the AFL Under 18 Championships, playing for Vic Metro.[3]

He was drafted by Essendon with pick 20 in the 2014 national draft[4] and made his debut against Melbourne in round 15 of the 2015 AFL season.[5]
