Jiří Plišek (born 21 August 1972) is a Czech football manager and former player.

Plíšek joined Gambrinus liga side FC Hradec Králové as manager in the summer of 2012, replacing the outgoing Václav Kotal.[1] He remained in his position until April 2013, when he was sacked.[2]

He has coached both FK Željezničar Sarajevo (from 2004–05) and of FK Sarajevo (from July–December 2011).[3]
