Joe Émerson Bizera Bastos (born 17 May 1980 in Artigas) is a Uruguayan football player, who plays for Peñarol Montevideo. Bizera played for Cagliari in Italy. In January 2008, he made a loan move to Maccabi Tel Aviv F.C. until the end of the season.[1] In the same year, he signed for PAOK FC.[2]
International career
For the Uruguay national football team he was a participant at the 2002 FIFA World Cup.
