John Dwyer is the Conservative Police and Crime Commissioner for Cheshire Constabulary. He is the first person to hold the post and was elected on 15 November 2012.[1]
Dwyer was previously a borough councillor and is based in Nantwich.[2]
He is a retired Assistant Chief Constable of Cheshire Constabulary.[3]
