Matthew Grove is the Conservative Police and Crime Commissioner for Humberside Police. He is the first person to hold the post and was elected on 15 November 2012, and following a closely fought race with Labour's John Prescott.[1] Grove was previously a local councillor in the East Riding of Yorkshire.[1]
