John Jackson (law professor)
John Howard Jackson (April 6, 1932 - November 7, 2015) was a professor at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., USA, and taught international trade law at the University of Michigan Law School and the Georgetown University Law Center.[1][2][3] He organized the International Economic Law Group of the American Society of International Law, and was one of the chief architects of the World Trade Organization.[4][5]
He was the director of the Institute of International Economic Law, Georgetown University Law Center and editor-in-chief of the Journal of International Economic Law.
