Zhejiang Jonway Automobile Co., Ltd. (Chinese: 浙江永源汽车有限公司; pinyin: Zhèjiāng yǒng yuán qìchē yǒuxiàn gōngsī), trading as Jonway, is a Chinese automobile manufacturer based in Taizhou, Zhejiang.

History

Zhejiang Jonway Automobile Co., Ltd. is the subsidiary of Jonway Group, founded in the 1980s. Started the production of automobiles in 2005 under their brand name Jonway.

In July 2010, the United States-based electric vehicle manufacturer ZAP acquired 51% of Zhejiang Jonway Automobile Co., Ltd. creating ZAP Jonway joint venture. The first model to roll out of ZAP Jonway is reportedly to be the SUV A380 EV.[1][2]
