José Isidro Gonçalves Maciel (born February 13, 1989 in Barcelos) is a Portuguese cyclist riding for Caja Rural-Seguros RGA.[1] He rode in the 2015 Vuelta a España.[2] His biggest win to date was the overall at the 2016 Tour of Turkey.
