Jožef Meneder (Serbian Cyrillic: Јожеф Менедер, Hungarian: József Meneder; 1974, Subotica, SFR Yugoslavia–June 3, 1993, Vranje, FR Yugoslavia). On June 3, 1993 while an FR Yugoslavian army soldier in the town of Vranje, Serbia, Meneder opened fire with an automatic rifle in the military barracks of the Južnomoravske Brigade, killing seven and wounding four before taking his own life. The military police investigation found on his left arm a tattoo with a date "June 3, 1993" and Satanic symbols in his home.[1]
