History
KPSI-FM signed on June 13, 1980, originally broadcasting on 100.9 FM. KPSI-FM aired Top 40/CHR music programming branded as "The New Power 101 KPSI FM".
In November 1991, the frequency was changed to 100.5 As "The All Brand Spankin' New Power 100.5 KPSI FM".
On March 19, 2002, after almost 22 years of playing the power hits, the power format was dropped in favor of its current Hot AC format. The station was rebranded as "The New Mix 100.5".
