KYSA is a commercial radio station located in Reno, Nevada, broadcasting on 92.9 FM. KYSA airs a Christian rock music format branded as "Air 1" under the ownership of Wilks Broadcasting, who announced on May 9, 2014, that its selling the station to Educational Media Foundation, where it was converted on August 4, 2014 to non-commercial status and became a satellite affiliate of EMF's Air1 Christian Rock network.[1] The Classic Rock format of 92.9 will then move to soon -former sister station KMXW. The station also broadcasts on 93.1 FM in "the Carson Valley.
