Gandhara University in Peshawar, Pakistan provides specialized training in the healthcare sciences. It is a private medical college chartered by the government of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province.[1] The institutes that became Gandhara University were initially founded in 1995 by surgeon Muhammad Kabir.[2]
