Kafr Naya (Arabic: كفرنايا) is a town in northern Syria, administratively part of the A'zaz District of Aleppo Governorate, located north of Aleppo. Nearby localities include Mayer to the southwest. According to the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics, Kafr Naya had a population of 5,647 in the 2004 census.[1]

Kafr Naya was captured by Syrian Democratic Forces on 15 February 2016.[2]
