Kalasipalya(Kannada: ಕಲಾಸಿಪಾಳ್ಯ) is a 2004 Indian Kannada romance-action film directed by Om Prakash Rao. It was produced by Ramu under his Ramu Films banner. The film features Darshan and Rakshita in the lead roles.[1] The music is composed by Venkat-Narayan and Sadhu Kokila.
The film is inspired by Tamil film Dhool (2003) directed by Dharani and starring Vikram and Jyothika in the lead roles. It also has several scenes inspired from other Tamil films such as Kaakha Kaakha and Arul and even Vaastav: The Reality.[2]

Release
The film was released on 15 October 2004 all over Karnataka coinciding the Dasara festival. The film performed moderately well at the box-office.
Soundtrack
All the songs are composed and scored by Venkat-Narayan and Sadhu Kokila.[3] The song "Suntaragaali" is recreated from the famous Tamil song "Manmatha Rasa" from the film Thiruda Thirudi.
