Kamishihoro (上士幌町 Kamishihoro-chō) is a town located in Katō District, Tokachi Subprefecture, Hokkaido, Japan.
As of 2008, the town has an estimated population of 5,314 and a density of 7.6 persons per km². The total area is 700.87 km².

Taushubetsu Bridge, a former rail bridge of the now-defunct Shihoro Line, is in Kamishihoro.
