Kanuruis a census town in Krishna district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It forms a part of Vijayawada urban agglomeration and is located in Kankipadu mandal of Vijayawada revenue division.[1][4]
Demographics
As of 2011 India census, Kanuru had a population of 49006. Of which male population is 26,574 and female population is 22,432. The average literacy rate is 85.07% and 4,401 of the population is under 6 years of age.[1]
