Kashyr (Kazakh: Қашыр ауданы) is a district of Pavlodar Region in northern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the selo of Kashyr.[2] Population: 21,302 (2013 estimate);[1] 22,208 (2009 Census results);[3] 31,666 (1999 Census results).[3]
