Aktogay (Kazakh: Ақтоғай ауданы) is a district of Pavlodar Region in northern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the selo of Aktogay.[2] Population: 13,735 (2013 estimate);[1] 15,114 (2009 Census results);[3] 21,056 (1999 Census results).[3]
